Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In its original condition and packaging
- Free from cutting, coloring, bleaching, washing, glue, makeup, or other products
- Returned with all original tags and accessories
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and other hair products that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered cannot be returned.
Hair Products
Hair-care and styling products such as lace glue, removers, sprays, wax sticks, and similar products must be unused, unopened, and sealed to qualify for a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or installed hair
- Customized or altered wigs
- Opened or used hair products
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper care or installation
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to an error by Sama Hair Collection.
